We Make it Easy
- All chargers, covers and cases are covered with a 2-year warranty, with the exception of excessive damage defined below.
- Our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers all items within 30-days, with the exception of excessive damage defined below.
- Merchandise that has excessive physical damage (neglected, abused or water damage) cannot be exchanged.
Our Definition of Excessive Damage
Please try to have returns of non-defective merchandise in original packaging. If not, we will still honor the return. We ask that you take care of the freight charges on non-defective merchandise returns. Defective returns? The freight is on us.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issue date.
